POUND & POUR at Backswing Brewing Co. (Lincoln)

Join us for POUND & POUR at our brewery Sunday from 1-2pm!

POUND is a full-body workout that combines cardio and strength training to the beat of some awesome music. This is open to all fitness levels and can be modified to fit YOU (21 and over). 

$15 to participate in the class and includes your favorite Backswing Beer afterward.  Bring an exercise mat or beach towel and water.

(Classes are held about every 2 weeks on either Sat or Sun.  Check the event calendar or our Facebook Event page for class dates!)

El Tejano Style Flavor -- one of Lincoln's newest food trucks will be at the brewery for Music Bingo on Wed June 4th!

El Tejano Style Flavor will be serving their amazing South Texas style Mexican food from 5:30-8:00 and Music Bingo starts at 7pm!

Join  us for a fun, informative and hands-on workshop where you'll craft your  very own epoxy river charcuterie board or lazy susan!

Our  boards feature premium black walnut and other fine hardwoods, accented with epoxy in colors of your choice. You can select up to two epoxy colors when you arrive.
