Join us for POUND & Pour at our brewery from 1:00 - 2:00pm on Sunday, May 31st! 

This week's class will be on a donation basis! All proceeds will go to support the Matt Talbot Kitchen--a local non-profit focused on relieving hunger, overcoming homelessness, addressing addiction, and providing outreach and advocacy in Lincoln. 

POUND is a full-body workout that combines cardio and strength training to the beat of some awesome music. This is open to all fitness levels and can be modified to fit YOU (ALL AGES WELCOME). 

Bring an exercise mat or beach towel and water.

Joslyne DeBonis started her comedy career in Omaha, Nebraska. Since her start in comedy she’s been traveling the Midwest and connecting with the thriving local scene. Her comedy ranges from embarrassing stories from childhood to embarrassing stories as a young adult. Joslyne has background in marketing and advertising and has channeled those skills into producing shows in Lincoln, Nebraska.
