Join us for POUND & Pour at our brewery from NOON - 1:00pm on Saturday, April 4th! 

POUND is a full-body workout that combines cardio and strength training to the beat of some awesome music. This is open to all fitness levels and can be modified to fit YOU (21 and over).

$15 to participate in the class and includes your favorite Backswing Beer afterward. 

Bring an exercise mat or beach towel and water.

SoCal Taco Shop and Delco Dave's will be at Backswing Brewing Co. (Lincoln) for a night of standup comedy!
