Join us for POUND & Pour at our brewery from 1:00 - 2:00pm on Sunday!
POUND is a full-body workout that combines cardio and strength training to the beat of some awesome music. This is open to all fitness levels and can be modified to fit YOU (21 and over).
$15 to participate in the class and includes your favorite Backswing Beer afterward. Bring an exercise mat or beach towel and water.

One of Lincoln's newest food trucks will be at Backswing Brewing Co this Wed! Come grab a beer and try out their amazing South Texas style Mexican food!
El Tejano Style will be serving from about 5:30-8:00pm and Music Bingo starts at 7:00!
It's also 90's Night for Music Bingo, so come on out to hear some of your favorite tunes from the 90's and check out this amazing new food truck!
