This week's class will be on a donation basis supporting Visionary Youth and their Back 2 School Free Haircut and Backpacks Event! 

Make a monetary donation or bring Back 2 School Supplies from the list below, and this week's class is free!

VisionarYouth is a local non-profit focused on providing underserved and underrepresented youth with what they need to be confident and ready to take on the world. 

POUND is a full-body workout that combines cardio and strength training to the beat of some awesome music. This is open to all fitness levels and can be modified to fit YOU (ALL AGES WELCOME). 

Bring an exercise mat or beach towel and water.

Both SoCal Taco Shop and Delco Dave's will be at Backswing Brewing Co with their Coast 2 Coast fare for Music Bingo this Wed! 

Stop by for some authentic Philly Cheesesteaks or some amazing Southern California tacos, and stick around for Music Bingo! 

Jeremy will starts serving around 5:30 and Music Bingo starts at 7:00!
