Join us for POUND & Pour at our brewery from 1:00-2:00pm on Sunday! 

POUND is a full-body workout that combines cardio and strength training to the beat of some awesome music. 

This is open to all fitness levels and can be modified to fit YOU (21 and over).

$15 to participate in the class and includes your favorite Backswing Beer afterward.   

Bring an exercise mat or beach towel and water.

A Taste of Louisiana will be at Backswing Brewing Co. for Music Bingo night on Wed Feb 25th!

A Taste of Louisiana will start serving around 5:30pm and Music Bingo starts at 7:00!
